 What Is OBC Jobs?

OBC Jobs is a ministry devoted to career and professional development designed to equip community members with professional development tools to be successful in the workplace and beyond.

The OBC Jobs training curriculum takes a compassionate, no excuses, and creative approach to job readiness.  We understand both the importance of being placed in a job and what it will take to keep the job.  The curriculum digs into the root causes of a person’s inability to obtain and keep a job, helping participants develop the perspectives, attitudes, and workplace behaviors the need to overcome negative employment cycles and transform their lives.
