What if I send the wrong amount by mistake?
If you send an amount in error, text the word REFUND. You will receive a text back confirming that your donation has been refunded. You have 15 minutes to refund a gift by texting “Refund” to your Smart Giving number, otherwise you will need to contact your site administrator.
I received a message stating that a duplicate donation was detected. What does that mean?

However, if you wish to make multiple donations of the same amount but with different keyword designations, you do not have to wait 10 minutes.
